Guarantees, Discounts, Special Orders, & Deliveries.

May's Guarantee

We guarantee our plants to be healthy and true to label.  If label proves to be incorrect, we will replace the plant or issue a credit for the purchase price.

Trees & Shrubs……………..365 Days

Roses ……………………….120 Days

Tropical Plants, Perennials…. 30 days

 If any fail to survive, under the specifics of the guarantee a credit will be issued at purchased price.   All plant adjustments made in merchandise only.  No adjustments without receipt and plant.

 *Excluded from guarantee (except for correct labeling)…Bonsai, Vegetables, Annuals, Herbs,  Aquatic plants, and Indoor Blooming Plants.

Discount Policy

 Retail Customers

 Plants purchased in full flats of one kind and size, if paid for when purchased and taken, shall receive a 10% discount. 

Plants held by us for later pickup will receive the same discount IF we hold them for 24 hours or less.

If we hold them for more than 24 hours a 10% service charge will be added and no full flat discounts will be given.

Customers In The Trade

Will be given a 10% discount on all items purchased if selected and taken, even when charged to be paid for later.

 If we hold plants for such customers for longer than 24 hours a 10% service charge will be added to the total order.

 Churches, county government, city government, and elementary, middle and high school corporations shall be considered to be in this group.

  Special Orders

 Due to greatly increased costs for labor, we regret that we must now require a service charge to be paid in advance before we can hold orders for later pick-up.  If an order is canceled after our employees have selected it, the service charge is not refundable.  Orders taken by the phone will not be prepared or selected until such payment is received.  Each separate order placed or each alteration of the original order will incur and additional service charge.  Whole flat discounts will not apply to special orders.  All orders not picked up on schedule will be returned to stock unless other arrangements are made in advance.  All orders will be filled according to availability.  The service charge for holding orders will be a minimum of $2.00 per order or 10% of the total order which ever is greater.  There will be no service charge on orders held 24 hours or less.

 Deliveries

 Deliveries are made on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  They are made to the driveway or to the door only.  In Monroe County, deliveries start at $25.00 per person.  Some deliveries are made outside of Monroe County, call before hand to verify that we will deliver to your area.  Ask for Bob Pennington.  (812) 824-8630
